MyFita is a digital marketplace for vehicle spare parts in Ghana. We connect the vendors, suppliers and distributors who hold the parts with the car owners, mechanics and fleet operators who need them. Buyers can compare listing details and contact vendors directly to confirm availability, fitment and price.
MyFita is built and operated by Partsmart Hub Limited, a Ghanaian company registered in Accra.
The problem we are solving
Finding the right part in Ghana costs time before it costs money. A mechanic hears a price on the phone, makes the trip to the market, and finds the part is the wrong variant, out of stock, or priced differently in person. A car owner with no technical background has to trust whoever is standing in front of them. And a vendor with available stock has limited visibility to a buyer three neighbourhoods away who needs exactly what is sitting on their shelf.
The stock exists. The demand exists. What is missing is visibility between them.
What MyFita does
MyFita gives participating vendors a digital storefront with listing photographs, descriptions and pricing where supplied, and gives buyers a single place to search across them. A buyer can see what is available, compare, and contact the vendor directly on WhatsApp or by phone before leaving the workshop. A vendor gets reach beyond the people who happen to walk past their shop.
For buyers — car owners, mechanics and fleet operators
- Search across vendors by part, category or vehicle make, model and year instead of calling around.
- Review seller-provided photographs and listing details before you contact the vendor.
- Compare listing information, then ask the vendor to confirm current availability before making the trip.
- Contact the seller on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm fitment and agree terms.
- Build a history with vendors you have dealt with successfully before.
For vendors, suppliers and distributors
- A digital storefront that works on a phone, set up with hands-on help from our team.
- Your inventory visible to buyers searching across Accra and beyond, not only to passing trade.
- Assisted listing capture — our market agents photograph and describe your stock with you.
- A verified business profile that gives new buyers more context before they make contact.
- Support on the phone, in plain language, when something on the platform is not working.
How we build trust
A marketplace is only as good as the confidence people have in it. Ours is built deliberately:
Verification. Vendors complete platform verification checks before their storefront becomes eligible to go live.
Assisted digitisation. Our market agents work alongside vendors in the markets and automotive hubs, helping them photograph and describe their listings more clearly.
Human support. Our field and operations teams help vendors who need a more guided onboarding path.
Ground presence. Feedback from traders and buyers is carried into the product and operations process.

Who we are
Partsmart Hub Limited was incorporated in Ghana in July 2025 and operates from North Ridge, Accra. We are a small team of product, operations, engineering and field people, most of whom are in the markets often enough to know the traders by name. We are building for the Ghanaian aftermarket first, on the view that a parts marketplace has to be designed around how this market actually works rather than adapted from somewhere else.
