A parts-request brief for Ghanaian fleet teams

Keep several vehicles and repair jobs from becoming one confusing enquiry.

When several vehicles need attention, 'we need brake pads' is too broad for a useful quote. Keep each vehicle and part requirement identifiable. A fleet operator's internal reference can help the team match a vendor response to the correct job.

Use one clear line per requirement

  • Vehicle reference, make, model and year where known.
  • Diagnosed component and part number where available.
  • Required quantity and acceptable condition, subject to technical approval.
  • The person responsible for confirming fitment and authorising purchase.

Keep the tracker with your team

MyFita's fleet-operator profile helps describe how you use the platform, but it does not create a multi-vehicle fleet dashboard. Keep approvals, service history and purchasing records in your own tracker. Use separate requests when combining unrelated parts would make the response ambiguous.

Put the guide into practice

Use accurate details, ask about anything uncertain and confirm the final arrangement directly with the seller.
