Understand buyer activity without mistaking it for sales
Read enquiries, contact actions and notification preferences correctly.
In this guide
Before you start
The dashboard helps you notice interest and keep stock current. It does not confirm how many purchases were completed. A buyer viewing directions, saving a listing or tapping a contact option may still be comparing.
1. Read the dashboard summary
Review the labelled counts and Recent buyer activity. Keep their stated time periods in mind; a count is not a revenue figure.
2. Open Buyer Activity
Use View all buyer activity to inspect the available events and associated listings. Distinguish a new part request from a contact action on your own stock.
3. Use Notifications
Open the bell to see recent updates. All and Unread filter the list. Open a relevant notification for the available destination; do not assume a request is an order.
4. Understand settings
Account → Settings & Notifications contains device-only choices. They do not yet enable or change message delivery. Use the dashboard for available activity rather than relying on a WhatsApp or SMS preference.
Turn interest into a useful reply
Keep the item available as described and confirm fitment, price and collection directly with the buyer. Track completed sales in your own business records. MyFita does not turn a contact click into a verified sale or revenue report.
