Edit a listing, update a price and manage stock status
Use the inventory action menu deliberately.
In this guide
Before you start
Inventory is the place to keep the digital shelf aligned with your shop. The available actions can change a live listing, so first identify the correct item—especially when titles are similar.
1. Find the listing
Open Inventory and use Active, Sold Out or Rejected as appropriate. Compare the thumbnail, title and price before opening the item's management button.
2. Edit the details
Choose Edit Details to open the photos, part details and review flow with the current values. Review your changes and use Save Changes only when ready. Leaving without saving does not confirm an update.
3. Update the price
Choose Update Price when you intend to change the asking amount. Follow the dialog's validation and confirmation. Check the resulting listing rather than assuming a slow response means success.
4. Keep status truthful
Use Mark as Sold only when that is the intended stock update. Review rejected items for the displayed reason. Do not mark an item sold just because a buyer contacted you.
If an action fails
Read the displayed error and check the current status before repeating the action. Photos and details should describe the actual item being offered. The platform is not a replacement for your shop's quantity and purchasing records.
