Good stock photos in a small parts shop

A repeatable photo routine without a studio or expensive equipment.

A clear photograph helps a buyer ask a useful question. You do not need to hide the reality of a working shop, but the component should be easy to distinguish from the surrounding stock.

Use a simple photo sequence

  • Place the actual item against an uncluttered background in good light.
  • Show the complete part, then another angle.
  • Include a readable part number and relevant connectors.
  • Show wear or damage honestly rather than concealing it.

Prepare before opening the listing form

Remove unrelated personal documents and faces from the frame. Keep your original images and select a smaller file if uploading is difficult on mobile data. MyFita currently allows up to eight photos, with a 10 MB limit per photo. Photos upload when selected; the final listing still needs to be submitted. Do not treat an uploaded photo as a published listing.

Put the guide into practice

Use accurate details, ask about anything uncertain and confirm the final arrangement directly with the seller.
