Your first buyer visit: account, code and profile
Set up as a car owner, mechanic or fleet operator.

Before you start
Use an account when you want to save parts, send requests or manage your profile. You can explore public listings before signing up. Have access to the phone number you intend to use; do not share the verification code with anyone.
1. Choose the buyer route
Open Sign Up and choose the buying-parts option. A car owner, mechanic and fleet operator all use a buyer account; the profile choice describes how you source parts.
2. Verify your phone
Enter your mobile number and complete the displayed security check. Send the verification code, then enter the code received on that number. If sending is disabled, check the phone format and security check before trying again.
3. Complete your profile
Enter your name and choose Car Owner, Mechanic / Workshop or Fleet Operator. Review the information before continuing. A referral code can be left blank if you do not have one.
4. Return through Account
Use Account to see your profile, saved parts and requests. Edit profile lets you update your name and buyer type, not your phone number or account role.
If a code does not arrive
Check the number and mobile signal, then follow the resend control when it becomes available. Avoid repeated rapid requests. Contact support if the problem continues, describing the stage and error without sending your OTP.
Ready to try it?
Follow the steps at your own pace. Sign in with the appropriate account when prompted. If you get stuck, Help Center has a route to support.
