Make MyFita easier to return to: profile, shortcut and help
Personalise the account and save the website to your device.
In this guide
Before you start
The MyFita web experience is the product you use today. You do not need a Play Store download to browse it. Saving a shortcut makes it easier to return; it does not create a separate marketplace account.
1. Keep your profile useful
In Account, choose Edit profile. Update your name and buyer type, then save when the details are correct. Your phone number and account role are not changed by this editor.
2. Find the shortcut option
On a public page, scroll to the footer and choose Download app. It saves or explains how to save the website; it is not a Play Store package.
3. Use your browser's controls
On iPhone, open the site in Safari and use Share, then Add to Home Screen. On other supported browsers, follow the offered install or shortcut action. Wording varies; a bookmark is a useful fallback.
4. Keep a route to support
Use Help Center for account and usage questions. Include the page, task and error message when asking for help, but never an OTP, PIN or password.
What the shortcut does not promise
The shortcut does not guarantee offline listings or background notifications. Keep an internet connection for current inventory and account actions. SMS and WhatsApp delivery preferences cannot be managed from the buyer settings page.
